📦 Shipping Rates

  • UPS/USPS Standard Mail: $9.99 (3–5 business days)
  • UPS/USPS Expedited Mail: $30.00 (2 business days)
  • UPS/USPS Economy Mail: $8.00 (5–8 business days)

🕒 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends, holidays, and sales events).
  • Orders placed on Fridays after 12 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday.
  • Pre-order items will ship once they become available. (This may cause shipping delays.)

  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier
  • Lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout (orders ship to the exact address entered)
